Shipping policy

1.General Information

Fotile is committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services for all accessories and appliances. Orders will be dispatched via trusted local courier services to the delivery address specified in the order confirmation.

2. Delivery Charges

· We offer free delivery for all appliances  in most mainland Australian metropolitan suburbs.

· If your area falls outside of our free delivery zones, we will provide you with a delivery quote for your approval before confirming your order.

Please note that we currently do not deliver to the Northern Territory or Northern Tasmania.

3. Delivery Timeframes

· Order processing time: Your transaction funds will typically be received within 3-7 days.

· Standard delivery: 3-4 business days.

· Deliveries to non-metropolitan areas may require additional days.

Please allow 6-11 working days for delivery, add longer working days for delivery outside metropolitan areas.

4. Appliance installations are available, please speak us for details

· Metropolitan major domestic appliance orders

Fotile will deliver all metropolitan major domestic appliance orders free of charge on the date specified on your order confirmation. Fotiles installation will be available, if ordered prior delivery.

· Non-metropolitan major domestic appliance orders

A $40 delivery fee will apply to all non-metropolitan major domestic appliance orders and these deliveries will be a door to door, street level service. Unfortunately, with deliveries to these areas, Fotile is unable to deliver into your home or offer installation or removal services so please contact your local service provider if you require these additional services.

5. Delivery Commitments

Fotile will make every reasonable commercial effort to complete deliveries within the specified timeframes. In the event of delays due to inventory shortages, transportation difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances, Fotile will endeavour to deliver the products within a reasonable period thereafter.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery address details. Fotile cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
If a product must be re-dispatched for any reason, a re-distribution fee will be charged and must be paid before the product is re-delivered.
