完成任务并达到对应互动后，将小红书笔记链接发给方太澳洲客服审核。客服将在 48 小时内完成审核，通过后发送获奖通知。

After you hit the required engagements, send your REDnote post link to FOTILE Australia customer service. Reviews complete within 48 hours; approved users receive a winning notice.

客服按提交笔记链接的先后顺序审核，前 5 名符合要求并审核通过的用户获得兑奖资格。自然周名额不顺延。

Entries are reviewed in submission order. The first 5 verified winners at each store get a reward that week. Unused weekly quota does not roll over.

收到通知后需在 7 天内前往对应打卡门店领取，逾期视为放弃。

Collect at your check-in store within 7 days of the winning notice, or the gift is forfeited.

不可以，必须到参与打卡的对应门店领取。

No — prizes can only be collected at the store you checked in at.

No. Edited posts are invalid. Republish a new fully compliant note instead.

可能原因：未真实到店；缺少指定照片 / 定位 / 话题；存在二次编辑；互动异常；或门店当周兑奖名额已满。

Common reasons: no real in-store visit; missing photo / location / hashtags; post was edited; irregular engagement; or the store’s weekly quota is full.

逾期未领视为放弃。自然周名额已满可尝试下周再提交；活动最后一周名额满后不可延期，8 月 30 日后提交或领取无效。

Late collection is forfeited. If a week is full, you may resubmit the following week — except the final week, when a full quota ends that store’s spots. After 30 August, submissions and claims are invalid.
